Workplace Embodiment

I design workshops and coaching programs to bring relief to managers and aching people leaders.

I can relate to the satisfaction and stresses of professional life. I am a graduate from the business school Bocconi University in Italy and I formerly led brands and teams in New York as an executive at Moleskine and De’Longhi. I have spoken on design and mobility at Parsons School of Art and Design, FUSE Design and Culture, and CUSP. I am also honored to have been quoted in The New York Times, Design Milk, Forbes, Ageist, and Fast Company. Over time, my fascination with human-centric design led me to pursue new ways of leading and managing business in times of uncertainty and upheaval. I do so by helping knowledge workers connect to their bodies, manage stress and pain, through a series of initiatives called Body Economics.

I have worked with teams of somatic educators and people leaders from Mexico, Australia, Europe, Canada, and the USA: Armani Group, FLOS, Art Center College of Design, Unicef, Lululemon, TEDx, University of Sydney Business School, CENTRO, MoMA, Joyful Planet, Occidental College, Union Avenue Elementary, LA LGBT Center, Paskho and many others.

“I feel empowered to discover new ways of seeing things, where body awareness is key to personal growth and success.”
